Can someone gift me Resident Evil 6?

I've wanted RE6 on PC since it was available for pre purchase. There's only 8 or so hours left until release and I really really really want it. I have played RE6 before and I like it, so dont say "re6 sucks dont get it" or whatever.
I would do it myself, but recently my phone has broken so I am unable to use a credit card as I do not have my own.

Well as I cant use any credit card stuff now, I would have to pay you back in the future with steam games...
