v20. The one before the shaders. It has the water. Also, I imagine the original water is in the game still, but encrypted somewhere, or just hidden.

The original water is the same one we have now. Just because he didn't put a slider for waves doesn't mean it's new water.

The old SS Dogfight that had the 4 carriers in the canyon thing, with that floating platform and hanger in the middle had this. The waves were rolling-- It was sick, and fun to swim/ row a boat in!

I do remember there were waves back before v21, but they were animated and not physically going up and down.
