To be honest, I am not looking for flooding. So maybe just an additional slider for the second height?

If I were able to get to it, I'd probably make an edit on it and include old water, if it were allowed, which I imagine it isn't. However, if you want to, I think you can still spawn the old water in via mission edit, if you can edit it to even open the damn thing. (which I've done) If I'm correct, wasn't there a value for the texture of water, and for the waves too?

seems like it should smoothly slide up/down instead of instantly being at the two heights
