This isn't a very good idea. You have to remember, with so many spam bots and proxies out there, Badspot couldn't ban them all.

If I were new, keyless, and needed help.
And I came and saw nothing but thousands of scam links in the help section, the only place I can post in.
I wouldn't bother posting.
