How Can I Disable Certain Default Events?

I'm hosting a City RPG soon that I've been working on for about a month and I just noticed that people are going to be using certain default events for there advantage like giving them jets and health etc.

Yeah I have been thinking about this also, events such as spawnExplosion and spawnProjectile. I am guessing maybe an add-on can make certain commands admin only rather then disabling them if that's not possible, I'm not sure how it works though.

he doesn't know which ones, unless hes gonna code something to allow the player to select which sounds like a hassle
