my brother doesnt know how to turn off admin only events

he doesn't have admin_restrictedevents but it still turns them admin only, he tried a bunch of things to fix it and he still hasn't found out an answer
when he starts a server it still says he was restricted events though
any way to fix?
i dont suppose this would go in help because this is a problem with addons glitching up his stuff and not the vanilla game

how is that a problem with add-ons breaking things? admin only events is default
it's a setting in advanced options when you start a server

Oh, strange, just checked, it isn't there. Tell him to get RTB and disable it in the Server Settings (unless he's content with using the console to change settings).

that didnt work it says "The event 'whatever' is admin only!"
