You can try sending a Private Message to one of the forum's admins, asking for a name change.       As long as it's sensible they'll probably change it, for example I asked badspot to capitalize the first letter of my forum name, and he did.

as joe implied, there's a chance he'd do it, if it was something like adding a space between the two parts of your name
but if you wanted him to change your name entirely, unless you had a really good reason (like if Dave Johnson is your real name, which I doubt), it would probably not get done
