However you're correct, that, "Dumbass" and "are you handicapped?" could be generalized as bullying but lets be honest everyone's going to do this, you are, OP is, even people who support this topic are. Teach me how to mold the future into what I want it to be, then. Because I don't find it logical that you can say one day that you wont do it when the very next you might just say it. Even if it's years later, you could still say it despite you choosing not to say it.
