How do you post pictures on forums?

Ive been trying to put pictures on forums and also drag them but it wont work; Please give me help.

Below the big B button you'll see another button that looks like a postcard, press that and it will look like this on the forum message "", in between of both of those [img] you post the link of the picture you wanna use.
And boom, your done, it's that simple.
