Is there not a way to disable whatever's causing it? Or is that not possible without a special build of BL?

I mean I don't need any of the graphics, just the server hosting capabilites.

You can not change a CPU's instruction set.

You need to run Blockland on a modern computer.

It would work without the launcher. The launcher isn't resource-intensive so I am assuming that the Blockland Launcher wants to do some weird operation using the SSE instruction set (which old-generation Athlon processors don't support).

I remember there was some argument you could use to bypass the launcher, I just forget what it is. :/

Someone mentioned what it was, and even with it, it's still crashing.

Greek2me:

So you managed to bypass the launcher and you started the game directly via Blockland.exe, but it's still crashing?

Yes.
