20 second post-cap hit almost every time I post

Mr.Noßody:

Whenever I enter a thread and try to post, I always get the "You can't post that fast!" warning.
I know I'm not posting that fast and it's starting to get annoying trying to get around the warning whenever I try to post.

To get around it, I HAVE to leave the thread and section, then come back. No matter how long I wait in the thread, in my post, I can never post it.
Is the feature broken or something? It should not be appearing for me as I haven't posted within 20 seconds of myself.

The timer resets whenever you try to resubmit the post before the 20 seconds finishes.

What bothers me is that the warning should not have even triggered as I post minuets to hours apart from myself.

No matter. Seems to have stopped or at-least slowed down.
