While it's unfinished and abandoned you can fix it up easily because all the important stuff is there.

I was thinking about enhancing this weapon pack for better scripts, ammo, better sounds, function abilities...

are you talking about that high-quality M1 garand with iron sights and reload anim?
That's a stand-alone addon if i'm not mistaken
