What eight rules should every server have?

My server once had 250 rules on a giant board. I can't remember a single one.

idk, because today is the 28th? beeecauseee... 8 is 2 cool for 10? idk lol
In all honesty, because I'm working on my own server and I needed rules, so I needed some people to jump start my thinking process for me. Luckily I finished the rules portion of my server and I should be able to make a topic and host sometime this weekend.
I'll update the OP in a bit with some of the more recent rules from posts
