Builders (Making terrain using terrain bricks, interior and exterior)
Scripters (Making various GUI's and weapons)
Modelers (Making models for the weapons that scripter makes)
Idea Maker's: Someone who is really good with ideas and concept design. I'm going to need help with the storyline and some dungeon's

Well this is suppose to be like, like a whole other game, so a brick related currency would be inappropriate if you ask me.

... it's in blockland. You're using block-textures. That doesn't make any sense to NOT use something that sounds like a brick...

Pretty sure you went over this already, but you could do a brick currency in a very different way and still fit in with what you want for this.
