Unfortunately, we can not refund the return shipping cost as it clearly
stated in our return policy that the customer is responsible for return
shipping cost. (Cool, so YOU guys ship me a broken product, but I'm responsibvle for paying $30 to send it back to you. Thats loving fair.)I apologize if this was not properly conveyed to you;
however, we did process it as soon as possible. Normally returns for
repair take up to 8 weeks to be refunded. (Got a new amp, wasn't getting it repaired. Again, expert reading)
We initiated your refund today, 3/28, so you should be getting it within
