You guys remeber that game Midtown madness 2?
It was a sandbox-type racing game where you can turn on cop modes.
I still have it for PC.

My childhood race-games were Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 and Midnight Club DUB Edition.
god I always played as the cops in Need for Speed and Midnight Club was just fun.
