Vehicles are immobile in my server!

For some reason I cant drive much addon vehicles I recall one but I am not sure what that was, either way I cant drive addon vehicles, only default ones or ones I added in, Crimevan, HL2 Buggy, if anyone else has that problem or can tell me the answer, details and if necessary steps to fix it or something of the sort

I would heavily appreciate it!

In the custom gamemode, disable the add-on called "Gamemode_Speedkart in the add-on list.
