The statue outside of Rivet City.
He's seen some stuff, man.
Ever vigilant, this statue has stood guard since the days before the War, and as he watched the people of the world rip each other asunder in the fires of nuclear Armageddon, he wept that it had to come to this.
And he waited for two hundred years. Watched a broken people pick up the pieces of shattered civilization, and struggle to put them back together. He now perches above the ruined Capital of a once great nation, looking always up to the sky in hope of a better tomorrow. I salute this hero whenever I pass him.
Plus, he's naked. Gotta feel sorry for the guy.
