Isn't H&K supposed to have a spot in server prefts tab?

I remember editing settings for the H&K weapons a while back in server preferences, but I might be wrong. Anyways, I barely have anything in my server prefs spot, and have redownloaded H&K a couple times. Am I thinking of a different addon?

I think it's a glitch, it doesn't work for me either.
