I need help with making a minigame

Okay so i just need help with making a minigame with 2 teams and spawn points. I have slayer but i just cant figure out how to make a minigame that works. Join my server if you can help please. Its called "Shyguys I need help"

Well it happens when like atleast 4 people join but when the round is over people just randomly leave the minigame and they have a bright green name and they spawn randomly. I have to end the minigame and restart it for it to work
