Cache.db Hates Me

Recently I've been getting a lot of errors that make me crash while I'm loading and a lot of times I get an error while I'm starting Blockland that says "Do not run the game directly from the mounted image." So whenever I get the second error I need to delete my cache.db, and when I get the first error, I need to restart Blockland.
Does anyone have any idea of how to not get these errors?

Is your path to the file too long? Shorten your account username.
Does your username have weird characters in it? Remove those weird characters.
Your OS X drive's permissions might be corrupted.

Post your console.log and launcher.log files of both the first SQLite error and the second SQLite error.
