So how do you guys make your profile pictures?

Mine took about two hours. Animated both gifs with easytoon then added the halftone effect with photoshop.

it became a pretty big fad a year or so ago for a while, but now it's just another little thing

it's more work than it's worth generally though so that's presumably why no one else has really bothered
