So how do you guys make your profile pictures?

ASCIIAnimator/ASCIIPaint and then requesting someone in creativity to reduce it down to avatar size
then tetris got pissed and trans'd the black that used to border the cake edges.

Edited using a sprite from a certain game in Paint.NET, and then used Iaza to animate it.

Exported as a .gif file from Flash while I still had the trial.
