The Inf's guide to sneaking
Crouch with stealth box. Crouch walk sideways(Very slow. It will take atleast 5 minutes to even get a decent distance.) Wait for hapless guard to split up. SMG snipe him by tapping slowly or in bursts. Firing the SMG slowly turns it into a sniper. The box heals you.

That guide is pretty bad. You failed to mension the part where you heal when inside the box.
