RTB Dedicated server help- print

When I upload a print file to my RTB Dedicated server, it shows up. I enabled it and went to my server to check it out.

When I go to my server, it doesn't appear.

This happened with all prints.

You should contact the RTB staff for assistance. This is a question that they're in a better position to answer.
