How do you make bots never respawn in a minigame?

Orion:

1. You can't set the bot to a "none" vehicle, that's not how bots work.

2. Manually, setting it to anything higher than 5 minutes (360 seconds) will cap it at 5 minutes.

3. Using the minigame menu, setting it to 0 or -1 doesn't do anything.

How do?
