What are some good and cheap dedicated Blockland hosting providers?

Sorry, but to get the benefit of hosting a server you're going to have to give something up. It's simple economy: I give you a luxury, you pay me.

Well I wouldn't necessarily consider it a luxury; it's more of a favor.

Hosting is a service.
Most services in this world cost money, and $6 is a rather cheap one.
