$20 on steam, don't know what to buy.

I was going to buy something, but then realized too late that I was short $10. And for some reason steam cards don't come in $30 or $10.
So now I have $20 on steam. Whatdo?
I primarily like RPG and Strategy, but will accept any suggestions.

Also, it doesn't HAVE to be a $20 game. It can be less.

At the store I was at, there were no $5 cards.
Instore cards, I don't have an account/bank card set up to steam.
