A Kapo should be assigned to one barrack each. (This shall be randomly chosen at the begining of each round/tick.)
I assume you want the server closely based on the in real life Concentration Camp?
There should also be a site where, as in something similiar in Daniel's Story, where Daniel is in Buchenwald, the camp has a place called "Canada" and these buildings hold the belongings that the German's/national socialist's confiscated during the camp.
You should also make an effective resistance group system.
