My screen spazzes out when I take a screenshot

Whenever I take a screenshot, my screen shakes a bunch for about 5 seconds. Should I be worried about this?

You are taking a "Depth of Focus" (DOF) screenshot. To take a normal screenshot, the key combination should be Ctrl + P. If not, check you options.
