| VCE Events: Manual (Re-Mastered text file version) |

I've taken the liberty of properly structuring a '.txt' version of the Variable Conditional Event's Manual. A few extra helpful hints as well as grammar correction and articulation. (For better understanding of what's being said) Made for the sake of archiving, and the person that is uncomfortable with messing around in data folders. Uh, by the way..
