that depends
does he have private addons

if so then probably

however, there MIGHT be specific reason as to withhold addons from the public like
1. Being abusable as hell - most legitimate reason
2. Being so complicated you need to be einstein to understand it
3. being an ass and wanting to have the most players in your server

but if you do want to have a unique server

host it with your private addons for a small while, like 10 days or so

then release your private addons

like what Jetz did with his climbing thing

Gravity Cat- Where does he get these add-ons?
He makes them himself

Cunt- Where does he get these add-ons?
He gets richards to make them

Gravity Cat- Does he release his add-ons at some point?
Yes some point in life he releases it if its all fixed up with no glitches and he is done with it (balloon is example)

Cunt- Does he release his add-ons at some point?
No he would rather die to the grave with them or use them as private bribing

There are multiple other things but G-Cat gives out all the stuff that works at some point.
