I've actually sent a letter to valve and they replied back like 2 months later, I'm sure they'll take the time to read it, unlike some companies |

The website mentions making sure you have the most up to date version of your browser. Should support Firefox, Chrome and IE. |

If you log into Google docs then it will probably work for you. That's what I did and it fixed it. |
