I was thinking about it, but it's a business letter and it seems unprofessional to me to include quotes from an internet forum.

Change blocklanders to blockheads. Blockheads is a much more proper title.

Also, it is true. I was a complete gaming idiot/noob until I started playing BL. I have been educated a lot in the field of gaming since I started playing.
