Add-ons like the duplicator and fillcan shouldn't count, imo.
Best one I've used has got to be dUMBELL's brick centering. . . and wire fence brick

Two of my favourite/most useful mods.
Duplicator
/pickColor mod.
And I also liked the Blowtorch Add-On. I think it was failbinned on these forums, if not CRC'ed.
Used to let you shoot a projectile from a Blowtorch, and the projectile would act as the Destructo Wand.
You can see why it would be failbinned (since I don't think it even had Admin restrictions on it), but it was much faster than the Destructo Wand, so it was useful. And also surprisingly fun to use.
