Ability to leave servers feedback, showing how bad/good a server is in the list.

Now, I know a lot of you complain about people joining stuff servers. I agree, it sucks. I mean, once they get popular, everyone joins.
But what if servers were ranked not by the amount of players it has in it, but its reputation.
I suggest Badspot creates a system where in a server, you can leave a score rank and some positive or negative feedback.
Players would be notified on how people think of the server via chat and the server list itself.
This would be a way for people to know if the server is truly amazing or totally crappy. What do you guys think?

We really need this, I'm tired of joining tdm servers that have really bad builds.

A usermade implementation would be totally possible though.
Possibly in the form of a website if someone wanted to buy the domain and had the ability to make it.
An add-on may require serversided support, which would make it fairly annoying, but it could still work.
Whatever way it's made, it'd be a neat idea.

The problem is some people might not know about this.
I think this will only be effective if everyone, even newbies just have it without possibly not knowing about it and downloading/obtaining it.
