Pink Floyd was incredible with Waters, not bad with Gilmour. Not a fan of Barrett.
I kind of liked Syd Barrett's laid back ramblings, and nothing against Gilmour, I just though he did better on his solo work. He is definitely a great guitarist. I especially loved it when he used rotary speaker amps.

Hendrix anybody? I've got/heard the rarest Hendrix there is to hear.

They've got tons of bootlegs at the record store.

I've listened to very little Hendrix, but from what I've heard I liked.
I really have to get down to my record store more often, I just keep on putting it off.

Hard Rock
Nu Metal
Alternative Rock

Just as a heads up, be wary of any new releases as Experience Hendrix has really gone down hill in the last decade. Any pre-1994 releases besides Alan Douglas releases have usually been good.

I listen to a lot of things, but since I get most of my stuff from the internet, that heavily influences what I find
