What it would be, is a propeller vehicle that could be horizontal or verticle.
It would spin and be unrideable. Not much else to say

Pretty easy to build one, and use events to make it work. I'd be willing to show you one day.

Bester Bageler:

Tophius made some propeller bricks for his vehicle pack. Like the switch he made it has 3 positions so when you get it change all "onactivate" to "onrelay" add an than 2 events like this
0 Onactivate >- Self >- Fire Relay
50 Onrelay >- Self >- Fire Relay
There is no horizontal though.
