i think the first time we used it was during a game of sonic adventure 2 there's this one map in the two player mode called 'grind race' where the rails that you race down on are all suspended in the air and sometimes weave around underneath eachother, so what we used to do was just jump off and go "BANZAAAAAAI" and hope we hit one of the tiny-ass rails below us because i had pulled it off on accident before. we spent the day basically just trying to do that, but nobody ever could really pull it off consistently, but whenever someone did one kid yelled "BUSHIDO" and we were like "BUSHIDO!!" and we basically did that whenever something like that happened i think he said he heard it from his older brother but i didn't know what it meant until after i had started using it as my name |
