Again, it's NOT mandatory.
And if you don't like it, all you have to do is stay away from the server and its topic.
You don't need to make a fuss about how it's bad idea.

The password is impossible to find out. It's not an actual word. It's a bunch of random letters and numbers.
Now if you hack the server, that's a different story. But if you can hack a server to find out the password, I'm pretty sure you can hack it to become admin.

The point of having a blank pass is so that admins can't give it to someone else.

Admins are players that are given powers to moderate other players, not to rule over and earn respect or authority from the players. Admins are players.
