Crash on start up

Just another day searching for add ons but suddenly I find a decent CityRP,I downloaded it now I get an error
Removed the file,still got an error
If you need what it says ill give you it

It says when I startup
Blockland Launcher - BlobContainer::Snapshotbuffer(2) - sqlite error 'database disk image is malformed'. ensure that
'C:Users\ ____ \Documents\Blockland/ is writable

delete cache.db in the blockland folder and try again
