Well, depends on what you want to do. The game explains ship making immediately, but the mineral enhancement process is a little more difficult to learn. Ships are really easy to fly as well.

Just try it out. It's really fun.

I found a space station with no gravity systems, so i stole a bunch of materials.

I used them to upgrade "PIRATE" Ship.

Inside "PIRATE" Ship with my comfy gravity field.

Needs a stuff ton of work to become anything I'd want to play for extended periods of time. But great concept.

Can you crash into planets - Very easily, Not to mention your ship can be as big as you'd like.

Agreed it needs work, but there is nothing more satisfying than murdering pirates.

Also, it updates constantly which is great. I'll keep this topic alive and post every new update when it's released.

I played the very alpha of the game, If I am informed, yes, you need big, very big engines, clamp your ship in the asteiroid, and get in route to to planet.

I did that a while ago, murdered a small planet.
