New Forum Rule?

Since V21, noobs have been complaining about the departure of interiors/terrain.
I would like to request a rule that players can not create topics such as "BRING BAKC TERAIN PLS!111!!!1q"
I think the appropriate ban time should be 3 days, as new forumers will be posting this, so a small ban should give them the right idea that this should not be acceptable.
I have noticed a lot of these topics in the past year, but unfortunately I cannot find any for this topic, I think they have just been deleted by a moderator.
I have added a poll regarding the length of the ban.

That is what I first thought, but I think it'll be a better idea to ban the players for a small amount of time so they understand the rules of the forum.
