Meaning they can say what they want as long a it's not too gross or in violation of the rules that were already made.

Thats why I am asking for a new rule.

and then, let's make a rule stating "No rant topics" and then, a rule stating "No criticism"

THEY CAN NEVER TAKE OUR FREEDOM

i think it's a legitimate question that newcomers ask. although sometimes a little immaturely put, it's usually "will the terrain ever come back?"

sure, they should research the topic before creating an unnecessary thread about it, i would agree with that. but a ban seems a little drastic.

i also have to wonder why you would want to create this rule when it hardly affects you. or anyone else for that matter. it's simply one new thread; if a forum moderator left a reply in the thread and then locked it, that seems like it should solve the problem.

if the same someone then makes another topic on the same subject, then the moderators can deal punishment however they please.
Conan:
pin a topic listing the history of terrains and interiors, why they were removed, and why they can't come back.

then make a rule banning players who bring this up again in their own topics and are dumb about it (ie, not contributing to the discussion/topic)
