New Forums Section: Tutorial

So I thought of a new section, called Tutorial.
Players create tutorials (like Conan's terrain megathread) so that players can view these topics as good resources of information to build with.
Some of the more advanced builders could show ways of how to make your build more "periodic", meaning historically accurate with the architecture.
I think this would be a great way to help the community and I personally think Badspot should seriously concider doing it (or something like it)
Well thats my concept and opinion. Discuss!

i think a servers board would be more needed than this because i see way more server topics mixed through GD and gallery than i see tutorial topics.
