How do I host a DEDICATED SpeedKart? It keeps starting as "Custom" Gamemode

I am opening a Dedicated server, but instead of firing as a SpeedKart Gamemode, it keeps launching as "Custom" Gamemode.

How do I make it start up in SpeedKart?

Beats:

The only way I can think of to fix this, is start up the server, then go to the Admin Menu and select 'Game Mode' - then change it to SpeedKart from there.
