(6-7 years ago)
I dreamt I jumped out of my bedroom's window and my 'girlfriend' saved me from the fall by catching me in the arms. Then I woke up.

(2-3 months ago)
I dreamt I was in an abandoned gas station with my dad. It was night, and there was only a single tiny light bulb lighting up the area around us. I saw Slenderman watching me from afar, then me and my dad entered the car and started driving. A few moments later, I looked at the back of the car and saw Slenderman again, but this time he was teleporting closer and closer. Then I woke up.

the homicidal music teacher

I had a dream that my music teacher shot and killed all my friends. After I got shot, I died but then woke up, as if nothing happened. Then the music teacher said "that's what you get for being bad little boys and girls!" Then she left and I woke up yay. But yea it felt really real and scary.

Quote
When I was really little, i remember I was walking through a church and entered the main room, only to find a vampire praying to a candle that I figured symbolized the devil. The candle was sitting atop a piano/organ or a tall, long wooden table of some sort.
While he was in mid-prayer, I walked up to the candle and extinguished it with something. I can't remember what I used.
The vampire immediately noticed and lifted me up off the ground. In his rage, he sunk his teeth deep into my neck, which is when I woke up.
No idea why I remember that so vividly, I was pretty young at the time and I'm pretty sure it only happened once.
Also, when I was a kid, I remember right before any nightmare occurred, a near-blinding, "sharp" (for lack of a better word), sparking point of light would start slowly at the end of the hall, then speed up in a spiral motion and travel down a long hallway toward me. The nightmare would start just as the point of light smashed into my face. The only way to not have a nightmare was to try and wake up before the light hit me. Eventually it just stopped happening.

I also dreamed last night (nope it was actually this afternoon because I napped) that I was in a freak accident and had much of my skin destroyed somehow (probably burns or tears, not part of the dream anyway) and I was near death. The dream started after all these events, as they were like memories or something.
Anyway, after I was dehospitalized, everything seemed mostly normal until I noticed my friends were acting differently around me. I looked into a mirror and realized for some reason I was black. I had all the same facial features, but my skin was black for some reason. I never really found out why, but I continued to do stuff for the remainder of the dream. I think at some point I was at a camp and was forced to move out of my tent for guess-why reasons, even though I was in the tent alone.

Also, when I dream and a person I know is featured in it, for some reason if I know them well and I recall the dream later, the person is not actually there, but instead something to the likeness of their essence or personality is there. I don't really notice this during the dream, generally, but if I recall it later I notice that, if I repicture a scene from the dream, they are not there but instead some sort of essence of them that tells my brain "this is this person" appears. If I don't know the person very well, their literal form will be present.

Two nights ago I dreamt that Night Fox moved into a house only a few miles from mine so we could hang out all the time.

edit:i had two handicap moments

Jews Hate Me
So I was outside kicking rocks, and this mob of Jewish 5 year old boys with shovels try to kill me. I take some cheap ass van and drive away. Then one of the Jews flies through the wind shield superman style, and the whole car crashes. Funny thing is, I have nothing against Jews.

Ok, now that that is over, let's continue.

It must suck knowing you are about to have a nightmare and you can't do anything about it. Also, dreams have been found to mean things in real life. The dream about you becoming black and being discriminated against could mean something (I chose this one because it should be quite clear).

I had a dream once that I was standing before a hill with a paved road. There was a sort of way I was seeing it where it looked like it was a picture from the 1800's but it was a video, so a grainy, brown color. Suddenly I began to see children walking over the hill toward me, the all wore pilgrim-like attire. The had a look of anger in their faces, this was now zoomed in. Suddenly a figure was stalking over the children from behind- The Slenderman. Tentacles were outstretched behind him. That's when I woke up.

I assumed after that the Slenderman was after me. :S

Somehow, I thought I was back in the Religion topic. O_o

My brother told me, and I don't know if this is true, that you can only dream about things you have experienced. He said that in dreams, you can only see things you have seen before, hear things that you have heard before, etc. I don't know if this is true.

It's possible to have a dream about being the opposite gender, explain that?

I doubt he can. He did say his brother told him, and he wasn't sure if it was true.
But do you see yourself as the opposite gender? I've never experienced that.

You saw someone on TV who became the opposite gender. This is just one example.

It may be that you brain is trying to understand what it would be like. Maybe you were asking yourself this while watching this certain person. Your brain then tries to piece together what it would be like in the form of a dream.
