Can someone make a mod that disables spawning items and the event Add-Item

Restricted Events by Zack0Wack0 solves the event portion of this notified by Setro

Okay but that's only part of what I want I also want something to not allow using the normal spawn weapon on a brick (not event just the spawn Item)
