City RPGs?

What happened to all of the City RPGs such as the one with the drugs, and IBans and JJStorms? I can't seem to find them, anywhere, and they aren't on RTB. Are we not allowed to use them or something? What has happened?

People working months or longer developing a working and good city rpg don't want it to be public and don't want random noobs to host it. But those 2 you mentioned in OP are public
