Because I was on my bike behind that person and didn't feel like stopping for people to get out of the shots I was taking. It's all the same road, I was going home after I got out of school.

Thanks, I think they clean it every Monday and there are a bunch of trashcans around the paths, so I think that's the reason why it's all so tidy. I'm not quiet sure what kind of things they do to maintain the place as I've only been living here for like 3 months now I think.

I'm in Utrecht, and luckily, no. Only at traffic lights, but my entire neighborhood has only 1 traffic light, and it's not on the road I take.
